Terms of Service

Effective July 20, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Juno iPhone and iPad application, our websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Bitcreative ("Juno," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Juno.

Eligibility and invitation-only access

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Juno. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you. Juno is currently invite-only. Requesting or receiving an invitation does not guarantee continued access, and invitations may not be transferred, sold, or shared unless we permit it.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not create accounts through automated means, impersonate another person, or use an invitation intended for someone else. Sign in with Apple and other Apple services are also governed by Apple's terms.

Juno and AI-generated results

Juno helps you create and edit software using automated tools and third-party AI models. AI responses, generated code, images, suggestions, explanations, and tool actions may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. They are not professional legal, financial, medical, security, or other expert advice.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, licensing, and maintaining anything you build with Juno before relying on it, publishing it, or providing it to others. You must keep independent backups of important work. We do not guarantee that generated output will be unique, error-free, non-infringing, or accepted by Apple or any other platform.

Your content

As between you and Juno, you retain your rights in prompts, source code, project files, images, app content, and other material you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of AI-generated output created for you.

You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, fulfill your requests, and comply with law. This license includes allowing our service providers and the AI provider you use to process Your Content for those purposes. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and use it with Juno.

Publishing and sharing

You are solely responsible for apps, releases, and links you publish or share through Juno, including their content, privacy disclosures, permissions, security, accessibility, intellectual-property rights, and compliance with Apple policies and applicable law. Shared links may be accessible to anyone who receives them. Do not include secrets, credentials, or private information in published content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Juno to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud or deception.
• Create, upload, or distribute malware, credential theft, destructive code, or spam.
• Exploit, probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the Service, its security controls, credit system, rate limits, invitations, or provider safeguards.
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or content that promotes terrorism or violent wrongdoing.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as authentic when doing so would deceive or harm.
• Upload personal, confidential, or regulated information that you are not authorized to process or disclose.
• Resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except as these Terms or applicable law expressly allow.

We may reject requests, remove content, restrict features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, or comply with provider policies or law.

Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

Some AI features consume Juno credits. The number of credits used may vary based on the provider, model, request, and amount of processing performed. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be used only with Juno. Purchased credits do not expire. Promotional or complimentary access may be changed or discontinued as permitted by law.

Purchases and subscriptions made in the iOS or iPadOS app are billed and managed by Apple under the applicable App Store terms. Subscription periods, prices, included credits, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until canceled through your Apple account settings. Deleting Juno or your Juno account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple subject to its policies and applicable law.

Third-party services

Juno relies on services provided by Apple, AI providers, hosting and storage providers, and other vendors. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes, interruptions, or content outside our control. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when these services are used.

Juno intellectual property

Juno, including its application, design, software, branding, documentation, and service infrastructure, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Feedback

If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback about Juno, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. We will not publish your name, project, or testimonial as an endorsement without separate permission.

Changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, models, usage limits, or the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a particular provider, model, feature, or output will remain available. We will provide notice when required by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Juno at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay amounts due, or threaten the security or operation of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including provisions about ownership, payments, disclaimers, liability, and disputes.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juno and its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Juno during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold Juno and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from Your Content, apps you publish, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

Apple App Store

The Juno app is licensed, not sold. Your license to the app is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store usage rules. These Terms govern the Juno Service and supplement that license. Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting the Juno Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Juno changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
