Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bitcreative ("Juno," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you use the Juno iPhone and iPad application, our websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Juno, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple account identifier and, when Apple makes them available, your name and email address. Your email may be an Apple private relay address. We also maintain account, organization, session, invitation, and access-status records. Session records may include an IP address and user-agent information.
• Invitation requests. If you request access on our website, we collect your email address, role, project idea, the page from which you submitted the request, and submission timestamps.
• Projects and content. Juno may store project names and settings, source code, project files, prompts, conversation history, AI responses, tool results, images and other attachments, generated images, preview captures, publishing metadata, and app releases you choose to sync, generate, publish, or share.
• AI and usage information. We record the AI provider and model used, token and credit usage, estimated provider cost, request status, and related project or conversation identifiers. We may record and retain prompts, source code and project context submitted for inference, AI-generated responses, tool calls and results, attachments, and related inference and diagnostic telemetry to operate, secure, debug, evaluate, and improve Juno.
• Purchases and credits. We receive App Store product, subscription, transaction, renewal, expiration, revocation, and refund information from Apple. We keep credit balances and ledger entries. Apple processes your payment details; Juno does not receive your full payment-card information.
• Device and diagnostic information. We may collect app version, device and operating-system details, crash reports, error messages, performance traces, request metadata, and operational logs. The Juno app configures Sentry not to send default personal information, screenshots, view hierarchies, or automatic network breadcrumbs from the device.
• Website activity. Our website uses PostHog to measure visits, interactions, and the invitation-request journey and to provide session recordings. Form fields are masked in recordings. If you submit an invitation request, we associate the submitted email address with that analytics profile. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals to detect automated abuse.
• Support communications. We collect the messages and contact information you provide when you contact us for help, privacy requests, or feedback.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide accounts, invitations, project sync, AI features, publishing, and sharing.
• Send requests to the AI provider and model you use and return the resulting output.
• Maintain credit balances and verify App Store purchases and subscriptions.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the Service.
• Debug failures, provide support, and improve reliability and product experience.
• Communicate about invitations, service changes, security, and support requests.
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect users and our rights.

AI processing

Juno uses third-party AI services, including OpenAI, Fireworks AI, and Meta. The provider depends on the model or feature you select. To perform an AI request, Juno may send that provider your prompt, relevant conversation history, project instructions, source code or file contents needed for the task, tool inputs and results, and any image or preview you choose to attach. Image-generation requests are processed by OpenAI. We do not intentionally send your account name or email to an AI provider, but content you submit may itself contain personal or confidential information.

Do not submit personal, confidential, or regulated information unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable having it processed as described here. We use provider API services to deliver Juno and do not sell your content or provide it to AI providers for advertising. Those providers process data under their applicable business terms, privacy commitments, and retention controls.

Juno uses observability systems to understand the performance and behavior of AI features. Those systems may record prompts, model responses, source or project context included in a request, tool activity, and inference metadata. We use these records to troubleshoot failures, investigate abuse and security issues, evaluate output quality, and improve the Service. Our reliability provider may process this information on our behalf as described below.

Images and face data

Juno does not perform facial recognition, identify people from their faces, or create biometric templates. An image you attach or generate may contain a face. If you submit that image to an AI feature, it is transmitted to the selected AI provider and may be stored with your project or conversation as described in this policy. Juno does not separately extract or sell face data.

How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to:

• AI providers: OpenAI, Fireworks AI, and Meta process the content and technical information needed to fulfill AI requests.
• Infrastructure providers: Railway and database, object-storage, network, and email-delivery providers process data to host and operate the Service.
• Reliability and analytics providers: Sentry processes diagnostic and AI observability data, PostHog processes website analytics and session recordings, and Cloudflare provides network protection and Turnstile abuse prevention.
• Apple: Apple provides authentication, App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and related transaction verification.
• Legal and safety recipients: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, investigate abuse, or protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this policy and applicable law.

We require service providers that process personal information for us to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

Sharing and publishing

Content is private to your account or organization unless you choose to publish or share it. A person with a working share link may be able to access the associated app or release. Do not publish secrets or information you do not want others to access. Disabling a share link prevents future access through Juno, but copies previously downloaded or cached by others may remain outside our control.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information, projects, conversations, synced files, and generated content while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Invitation requests are retained while we evaluate and manage access. Diagnostic records are retained for a limited period appropriate to troubleshooting and security. Limited purchase and transaction records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, dispute resolution, replay and fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

You can permanently delete your Juno account from the Account section of the app. Account deletion removes your projects, synced source code, conversations, generated content, hosted releases and share links, stored credentials, remaining credits, and other associated account data from active systems. If you used Sign in with Apple, Juno also revokes the associated Apple authorization. Content owned by an organization with other members may remain available to that organization after your identifying attribution is removed. You may request deletion of an invitation request without creating an account by emailing [email protected].

Deleting your Juno account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple may continue billing until you cancel the subscription through your Apple account. After account deletion, Juno may retain limited Apple transaction identifiers, product and status information, and transaction dates where reasonably necessary for replay and fraud prevention, refunds, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. Juno removes the associated Juno user identifier, App Account Token, and raw and signed Apple transaction payloads from those retained records. Backups and data already sent to service providers are handled under their applicable retention processes and our agreements with them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. You can control website cookies and similar storage through your browser, although blocking them may affect site functionality.

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Juno and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

Children

Juno is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us in violation of this policy, contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Juno changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
